We aim to process all orders within 48hrs, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

You will be updated as your order is processed via email.


Refunds for faulty or damaged items

Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning by emailing homelywares@gmail.com and a member of our team will look into it. We may ask for proof of damage before a return is processed.

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

Please note delivery costs will only be refunded in certain circumstances.
